How adePT started
Built for doctors. Inspired by care. Designed for better patient record management.
When my sister, an Internal Medicine specialist, started seeing patients, she relied on paper records. At first it worked well enough. But as her practice grew, so did the pile of patient files. Managing records became increasingly challenging, and retrieving the right information when she needed it was no longer as simple as it used to be.
She wanted a better way to manage her patients’ records — one that would let her reach the information she needed without being limited by paper files. So she asked me to build an Electronic Medical Records system for her.
What started as a simple solution gradually evolved into something more. With her feedback, continuous improvements, and a clear understanding of what a practising physician actually needs, the system took shape. Today that vision is adePT.
